“Travelling the globe to explore cider is not something I think I’ll ever tire of.”
Bill started documenting cider as a photographer in 2004 and never stopped. Since then he has co-authored several books including Haynes “Cider Enthusiasts Manual”, and the award winning “Worlds Best Cider” (Fortnum & Mason “ Best Drinks Book” 2014) and now in the fortunate position to write about, judge and present internationally.
As a cider ambassador and evangelist, he continues to work internationally writing and photographing, educating and presenting at festivals and conferences. He regularly contributes to broadcast media on cider related topics for TV and radio in and occasionally beyond. Photo prints are available – prices on request.
