About Somerset Cider Brandy
Nestled in the heart of Somerset, Somerset Cider Brandy at Burrow Hill Cider Farm celebrates centuries of cider-making heritage. Founded by Julian Temperley, the farm is one of the only places in the UK licensed to produce traditional cider brandy, using apples from its own historic orchards. The range includes aged cider brandies from mellow three-year-old to complex twenty-year-old blends, as well as unique apple liqueurs like the Somerset Pomona and Kingston Black Aperitif.
Visitors can tour the farm, explore the traditional cider presses and stills, and enjoy tastings steeped in the rich flavours of Somerset’s apples. No visit to south Somerset is complete without a trip here. Make sure to follow their social media channels, especially over the summer months when ‘Cider Saturdays’ are in full swing! A mixture of cider, arts, live music and wonderful food tucks make Saturdays extra special.
